Invited seminar at University of Milan, Italy
Giulia Sivelli was invited to share her experience as a PhD student and also to share the opportunities and possibilities available for Marie Sklodowska-Curie grants. She gave a presentation entitled “Carrer development under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions: Engineering in vitro microenvironment for translation of cell-based therapies for tendon repair” at the Department of Health, animal Science and Food Safety at the University of Milan, Italy.

Two ESR, Dominika Berdecka and Sofia Ribeiro, presented an overview of Tendon Therapy Train project and tissue engineering basics to the students in Colégio Luso International do Porto, Portugal.

The Arty Scientist 2016
ESRs participated int the Arty Scientist workshop 2016 edition where artists, scientists and children challenged the stereotype of the mad scientist. It resulted in numerous drawings of children portraying themselves as scientists.
